Mr. Millstone’s practice focuses almost exclusively on employment law.  He serves as a litigator and as outside counsel to business owners of all sizes, managers, and human resource professionals in need of day-to-day personnel, risk management, and compliance advice.   As a litigator, Mr. Millstone primarily represents private employers (in both state and federal court as well as private arbitrations and mediations), defending them against claims for wrongful termination, breach of contract, unpaid wages (including class actions), and harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims of all types.  As outside counsel, Mr. Millstone drafts and reviews employee handbooks, policies, employment agreements, commission agreements, arbitration agreements, and other personnel documents and forms essential to human resource managers in their effort to reduce their companies’ exposure to employee claims.
